Susan Haueter
Susan is the founder of this organization. After experiencing multiple losses to suicide within her family, she became passionate about finding out what real change looks like. Susan has worked for multiple global corporations over the years. Through this experience she has witnessed the monotony and invisibility one can experience in that environment. Taking a step back and looking at what is truly important in life, the times when she was the happiest, were the times when she was truly providing service to others. She has now left the corporate world and brings 25+ years of professional knowledge with her to lead this organization.

Calli Bartholomew
Calli Bartholomew officially joined our board in 2022, although she has been with us since the beginning in 2020.
Being Utah born and raised, Calli has a passion for our beautiful mountains and outdoor activities. Playing outside with her children, tubing down our rivers, and going on long car rides are some of her favorite activities. She has a passion for playing the violin, singing, acting and anything musically inclined.
Service, personal connections, and an understanding of heartache, has led Calli to finding ways to serve those around her.
With much hope and anticipation for the future, Calli looks forward to bringing smiles to all those who are looking for happiness.
Who We Are
The Zackery Tyler and Russell Doyle Foundation inc., is a 501(c)3 non profit organization committed to suicide prevention. Suicide is the last decision that unfortunately, far too many people make. It’s the one decision that can never be undone or corrected and it impacts everyone. Whether you know someone who has tragically taken their own life or you know someone who lost a loved one to suicide, nearly every person has been affected by this epidemic. The impact is felt by all races and cultures, by all sexual orientations, by religious and non-religious, by the rich and by the poor.
At The Zackary Tyler and Russell Doyle Foundation, we believe the depression and hopelessness that leads to suicide can be prevented. Through our own personal and painful experiences with this issue, we have identified some key drivers that lead people down this path.
Everyone needs something to live for. Finding your passion, your reason for living, your own personal “why”, is crucial to a happy and fulfilling life. We believe this can be one of the real solutions to suicide prevention. While we applaud and fully support the efforts provided by suicide hotlines and by anyone and everyone willing to “talk someone off the ledge”, we believe that these should be temporary, emergency, resources. Real change can only come from within and finding your passion and your tribe is a way back into hope and into life.
To help spark real change and real recovery, we aim to create activities, events, and environments where everyone feels included, where the sad and lonely can go to find people who they truly relate to, and where the uninspired can go to find their passion. We aim to help people find their own personal and unique reason to live.
Our Mission
We provide progressive and proactive approaches to suicide prevention, by enabling and empowering each individual to find their own personal and unique passion for life.
‘Just Live it Up’ is our motto.
To us, this means helping each individual have access to everything they need, to live a meaningful life.
No matter what our background is, or what trials and trauma we have had to face, all of us can find true happiness and create a meaningful life. One from which we don’t feel we need to escape.
We aim to provide resources and assistance that will empower and encourage people to find their own individual passions and meaning for their lives.
Through activities, hobbies, schooling, employment, parenting, mental health assistance, and healthy living, (just to name a few) we believe that we can end the hopelessness that so many people fall victim to.
While life doesn’t always go according to plan, we can learn to effectively deal with the challenges life puts in front of us and find ways to overcome these obstacles while always remembering our passion for life.
We aim to empower every individual to choose their own destiny, by giving access to the skills, knowledge, and resources that they need in order to live their best lives and avoid the darkness of depression that claims so many lives.
“The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.”
